This is part of an interesting feature published through several issues of Car and Driver in Japan - basically they reprint various catalogs. The December 2018 issue has the 1997 Isuzu VehiCROSS catalog across pages 87-80 with two-page spreads at the top and bottom of each page - interesting as it's only 12 pages. Unless this is some variation I don't own, it seems to be missing several pages. Initially I thought they skipped over the gatefolds (and they did some) but other pages are also missing.
