Page 76-80 "Dirt Track Frenzy" - multiple page article and images. The issue is not dated and I could olly glean an approximate date from image details. The model used for photography is an JDM configured for export (no fender mirror) - there's some mention of the upcoming US version with leather Recaro seats so I believe that this is from 1998.
