I purchased the hood insert from a VX owner who decided to sell his truck so it was "gently used" - this is an easy mod that really changes the appearance of the VX. I was a bit hesitant to add this prior to be supercharged, but afterwards it seemed to make more sense. The scoop is integrated into the real carbon-fiber insert and was pulled from an early generation Impreza WRX so it's lower profile and really wide.
