I'm not sure how many color variations of this carded example exists, presumably the four or five colors available in the boxed version also exists in this form on a hanger card. This silver one is the only one I personally own It came from Canada and appears (from the copyrights on the back) to be a Canadian and Australian exclusive to Toys R Us.
There are at least three different packaging variations when adding in the Realtoy Action City variants - all with a single car but with different background graphics so there were probably several waves of availability - all of these appear to share a slightly different stock number 38860.
