I believe this is another promotional item give out at car shows in the US (and other non-Japanese markets) prior to the 1999 model being announced. The 8.5" x 11" "sheet" is on regular coated stock and shows a JDM Isuzu VehiCROSS with specs and the motto "We looked into the future...and this is what we saw." - pretty effective and uncommon.
