The PowerVault (aka PV) muffler is hands-down, the best performance-gaining mod you can do for the money. The intake needs to be swapped out too for the best effect. I purchased this directly from Jay Finnell - the catback includes the exhaust tubing from the catalytic converter (thus catback) to the chrome tail-tip (the kit I purchased included that too, at the time I believe it was optional). It basically provides a glass-pack that's custom designed for the VehiCROSS setup - you can feel a slight performance gain, but adding a less restrictive cone filter allows you to really feel it - improves acceleration.
