I'm not sure where this guy came from, other than it appeared on eBay sometime before Christmas in 2002. The Super Road-Bot was made in China and distributed by T.G.H. as part of the Die Cast Collection Series 1:32. The truck is die-cast metal and plastic and measures over 5" in length. It's interesting to note that the designer was able to keep a fairly accurate representation of the VX while adding the robot articulation (limited) of an Autobot from the Transformers. A chrome plated gun accompanied the toy in a cardboard, windowed header-box. There now appears to be two new versions of this transformer. I hope to find examples to add soon. I scabbed the images, I think from an eBay auction - hope to get my own up shortly.
